Thank you for shopping at AfterNoon Hub. We have prepared this Shipping Policy to help customers understand our delivery coverage, available shipping services, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and procedures that may apply after an order has been placed.
1. U.S. Shipping Only
AfterNoon Hub currently ships exclusively within the United States.
We do not provide international shipping. Orders requiring delivery to an address outside the United States cannot be fulfilled through our current shipping services.
A complete and accurate U.S. shipping address must be provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Options and Rates
Customers may choose from the following domestic shipping options:
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping fee: $15.00
Express Shipping is available for customers who prefer an expedited delivery method.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping fee: $8.00
Free Standard Shipping
Orders with a qualifying total of $70.00 or more receive FREE Standard Shipping.
Minimum qualifying order: $70.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping fee: FREE
The free shipping benefit applies only to Standard Shipping. If Express Shipping is selected, the regular $15.00 Express Shipping fee will apply.
3. Domestic Shipping Summary
Our current U.S. shipping rates are:
Express — 1–2 business days — $15.00
Standard — 3–5 business days — $8.00
Standard for orders $70.00 and up — 3–5 business days — FREE
The applicable shipping option and charge will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Handling
After your order has been received, it may require verification, preparation, and packaging before being handed over to the shipping carrier.
Order handling time is separate from shipping transit time. The estimated 1–2 business day Express and 3–5 business day Standard timeframes generally apply after the order has been prepared and transferred to the carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
5. Delivery Estimates
Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable holidays.
The delivery periods stated in this policy are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, severe weather, transportation interruptions, seasonal shipping volume, holidays, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of AfterNoon Hub.
6. Shipping Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Apartment, suite, or unit number, if applicable

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or returned packages.
If you discover an error after submitting your order, please contact AfterNoon Hub as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before shipment, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
7. Shipment Tracking
Tracking details may be provided once an order has been shipped.
Please allow sufficient time for the carrier to scan your package and activate tracking information. A tracking number may not display movement immediately after the shipping label has been created.
Once the shipment is in transit, the carrier's tracking system generally provides the latest available delivery information.
8. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipments may arrive later than the estimated delivery timeframe because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Possible causes include severe weather, transportation disruptions, carrier service interruptions, holidays, unusually high shipping volumes, and other unforeseen events.
If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact AfterNoon Hub with your order information so we can review the available tracking details.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Orders
A carrier may return a package when delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or another delivery-related issue.
If an order is returned to AfterNoon Hub as undeliverable, please contact us so we can review the situation and discuss the available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be shipped again because inaccurate or incomplete delivery information was originally provided by the customer.
10. Packages Marked as Delivered
If carrier tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the mailbox, porch, entrance, reception area, or other secure locations at the delivery address.
You may also check with household members, neighbors, property management, or the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact AfterNoon Hub with your order details so we can provide reasonable assistance.
11. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If your package or merchandise arrives damaged, contact AfterNoon Hub as soon as possible. We recommend retaining the original shipping carton and packaging materials and taking clear photographs showing the condition of the package and affected products.
Any applicable return, refund, exchange, or replacement request may also be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
12. International Shipping Restriction
AfterNoon Hub does not ship internationally.
Our current delivery services are limited to eligible addresses within the United States. We cannot fulfill orders requiring delivery to destinations outside the U.S.
13. Policy Updates
AfterNoon Hub may revise this Shipping Policy when necessary to reflect changes in shipping rates, delivery services, fulfillment practices, carrier arrangements, or store operations.
Updated terms will be published through our online store with the applicable revision date.
